Can you hear the music in your heart? What is it playing?
We each play out the song from our hearts. Through ours moods we share what animate us inside. We can play sad or happy, play calm or excited, play silent or play loud.
When we exchange with each other we communicate these heart feelings. With our faculty of empathy we can feel how one another feel, which means we transmit these feelings to one another.
I’m inviting you today to check what song plays in your heart. We humans absorb and copy so much from each others, it can be hard for one to forge an identity that isn’t borrowed.
We have the inner ability to listen to each others hearts. It makes sense to create in one’s heart a safe, loving and welcoming place for others to feel and reflect.
