Water washes everything.
Our hearts can sometimes feel very full. From sadness to joy, all emotion we keep inside takes some room. They affect the way we make decisions in our daily lives.
It makes therefore utmost sense to clean our hearts just as we clean our house. One regularly needs to own the windows, blow the dust and tidy a little, just so a space is created for the things we want to bring in in the present and future.
Being very attached to the things we have accumulated, not wanting to let them go can be likened to living in the past where things don’t change. It is a natural thing to love the things we are each made of. Whether sadness or joy, both share the same intensity, and both we find beautiful.
They are both polarities of one thing: the current of the moment.
By exploring one’s feelings, one s can get an understanding of what one is animated by. One may feel this electricity conducting within one body, made with up to 70 % of water.
Recent studies on water tend to highlight the fact that water has the capacity for memory (notwithstanding the fact that water also cleans itself)
I’m suggesting here to think of e-motion as the electric motion within ourselves and Our bodies as the water conductors.
Consider also the concept of gravity. Gravity is what holds a system coherently together, it affects all things microscopic and macroscopic. Gravity has 2 polarities: light and heavy and each conscious system can decide what it keeps gravitating around itself and what to eject.
This was to emphasise that allowing emotions to run freely throughout ourselves is important. Stagnating emotions become heavy and generate more and more resistance within our inner field as they crystallise.
Crying is the tool we have available to let go of the joys and sadnesses that have become too heavy for us to carry. One can cry out of each or even of both.
The piece is coined awashening, as a combination of awakening and awashing together.
This is a suggestion to follow the path of the lighter heart. Cry happy and cry sad. Embrace your feelings…. They are here to be felt, so just feel them to their depth. And then let go, for energy circulates at best when the path is clear. And that’s what tears just do.
