Our mind can find itself in dark places at times.

In our fast paced modern lives we re absorbing so much unnecessary information and negative energies from the busy lives we lead.

It can be a challenge to process all of these correctly, let alone getting rid of them. Many of us develop conditions linked to the stress and frustration brought by unnatural ways of living.

It is important to find the time and ways to dispel these energies, thoughts, emotions that don’t serve us anymore.

They might otherwise affect the decisions we make, or be unloaded onto others.

I’m inviting the meditation on the concepts of light and shadow and on how we relate to these.

Much have been written on the concept of the shadow self and on ways to shine light on aspects of ourselves we don’t know affects us.

We call our inner light the knowledge that allows us to navigate in the world. The stronger the light we build, the more shadows are dispelled around ourselves and others around us.
